Mikael Ulrichsen is a versatile character actor with a broad range, known for bringing depth and nuance to every role he takes on. Originally from Solbergelva, just outside of Oslo(Norway), Mikael has steadily built a career across theater, film, and television, earning recognition for his compelling performances.

With a background in both acting and writing, he has starred in a variety of productions, from acclaimed films to high-profile TV series. His ability to embody complex characters has led to standout roles such as Daniel in the critically acclaimed film Round Two (2023), Rikard, the King’s personal fencing coach, in TV2’s King Johan (2021). He also portrayed Preben-Emil in NRK’s Olympiatroppen (2022), Truls in Gangs of Oslo (Netflix, 2023), and took on the challenging lead role of Jonny in Gullstøv (2024).

Trained at The Norwegian Acting Institute, Mikael is dedicated to his craft, continuously pushing his artistic boundaries. Whether playing dark and intense roles or injecting humor and charm into his performances, he thrives on transformation and authenticity.
